DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE APPLICATION

This is with reference to the Tender Notice to automate the Bussiness Process of CCP, published in the daily JANG and DAWN dated 08-10-2008 and in the daily The News dated 10-10-2008. Last date of submission of bid and pre-bid meeting in respect of the said tender notice is extended as follows:

• Date of Pre-bid meeting is extended to 18th Nov, 2008 instead of 3rd Nov, 2008.

• Date of bid opening is extended to 25th Nov, 2008 instead of 7th Nov, 2008.

• Other contents of the tender notice will remain the same.

Development of Software Application under the project titled "Automation of Business Processes & Activities” at Competition Commission of Pakistan

Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) invites sealed bids/quotations from Pakistani firms/companies for development of Software Application under the project titled "Automation of Business Processes & Activities”.

• Bids may be submitted to the undersigned in SEALED ENVELOPS (as per instructions in detailed RFP ) at the address given below latest by 7th November, 2008 at 15:00 hrs . Technical Proposals of the bids submitted will be opened on the same date at 15:30 hrs .

• Detailed RFP ( Request for Proposal ), specifications, terms and conditions are available in the tenders section of the CCP's website: www.cc.gov.pk and PPRA's website: www.ppra.gov.pk

• A bidders' conference will be held in the premises of the CCP on 3rd November, 2008 at 11:00 hrs. All queries relating to RFP should be faxed or mailed to the undersigned at least 5 days before the bidders' conference.

• CCP reserves the right to change the RFP , or to modify its purchase requirements after the above mentioned bidders' conference. It is advised that all the bidders should visit CCP's website for any updates in RFP after bidders' conference.

• Incomplete / tenders received after due date will not be entertained. CCP reserves the right to reject any bid, or to annul the tender without assigning any reason.

Note: It is advised for convenience of the vendors that Company Name, Person Name(s), Designation(s), CNIC No(s), and Vehicle No(s) of their authorized representatives must be conveyed to the undersigned by 31 st October 2008 before 17:00 hrs who choose to participate in bidders' conference / opening of bids .
