Pursuant to Section 57 of the Act, the Commission has, with the approval of the Government of Pakistan, made rules for all or any of the matters in which it is required to make rules or for the purpose of implementing the Act. Thus, the Commission, with the assistance of consultants engaged by the World Bank, drafted the Rules listed below, were approved by the Government and notified in the official Gazette:
